The technician who worked on my Honda drained all the oil in my car during an oil change, and he did not replace the oil, but made me drive away when he finished working on my car with no oil in it. I was almost rear-ended by another car behind me when my car started to loose power on the freeway and it abruptly stopped. I was not happy with his service. He put my life in danger and also made the engine in my car knocked.
Che was nice and had the car done faster than he said it would take.
Michele was very pleasant to work with and kept me updated through the whole process.

I got double billed on miscellaneous charges. I wasn’t given all information on suggested tmps sensor replacement (what wheel it was on) and I didn’t receive a text back after informing I needed a Lyft nor was my phone call returned.
Service was a bit slow and my car sat completed for 10 minutes before I was cLled and able to pay and leave
My check sheet was red for fluids - but I don’t know why
Although the person caring for me was great - the crew doing the work didn’t seem to want to do it “oh . . . We’re not gonna get that done until the end of the day - at best”
