Austin was very professional and he was thorough when he explained how to extend my battery life.
He was supposed to send Lyft to pick me and I called back 2 times and nothing. 70 minutes later I Had to borrow a car to pick up vehicle. When I got there I said I was in a hurry and he fumbled with paperwork and then he called a girl over to start helping her and ignoring me. That really pissed me off and I had to walk away a bit to keep my kool.
Michelle did a great job. Very courteous and helpful, even when I was Feeling dealership was not being helpful and It was out of her hands, she went above and beyond to give me some options to get things taken care of.
