Wish they would of been 100% sure that they found the problem in my van. Instead of, kind of hoping due to them not having enough time to check everything they would check, if my appointment would of been in the morning. Which brings me to the question, of why they make and take appointments, later in the day(say 3pm), when they know they won't have enough time to really do everything they would of been able to do in a early morning appointment.

Your staff consistently provide outstanding service, and today’s was no different. Despite an impressive crowd of cars my appointment was met right on time, my concern addressed far faster than I expected, and Chuck friendly and efficient. The wait to be checked in was unacceptable and as I have come to expect from a dealership that couldnt fix a Service Bulletin Issue, I get a report with false issues needing to be repaired...I was told my spark plugs were old and misfiring when they are only 15K miles old. I was told that the serpentine belt was bad and again my mechanic inspected the car and there was no cracking in the belt. I was told the compliance bushings were cracked and again that was false they were "stretch" as rubber does, but they were intact. The ONLY thing (short of the oil change which I was aware was coming up) that was wrong was the transmission mount. This just another example of "making" up work and failing to do work that should have been done.

repair time 2 hours/ actual time 4 hrs to replace battery sensor and replace my battery/ no major deal but it turned out to be inconvenient because of the time of day. every one was polite and find the dealership competent Thanks ray salter
