Had to wait for nearly 15 minutes to get checked in.
Normally I am asked to perform extra services if an issue is found. That did not happen this time, nor was the issue pointed out to me on check out. Happened to dig it out of the inspection report.
Service was very good and on time.

Lisa was fabulous - extremely personable, totally helpful, willing to work through all matters and questions, and she even followed up on a concern with one last try, even after the matter had been supposedly resolved, which ended up actually resolving a years-long problem, with the generous help of two of your service men, whose names I never learned.
