Shawn is a great man and goes above and beyond to make sure the customer is well taken care of and also makes sure that the customer has a loaner to have during the duration of repair being done. He is efficient, reliable , assertive, punctual and will also recommend him to family that needs work done. Very frustrated with the service today with my brakes. Then when I called after leaving I asked about the online brake special. I was told that I had to bring the coupon to their attention at time of service. I was so frustrated with the entire service that I had forgotten about the coupon. This was a significant savings. I have been bringing my accord for service since I purchased from **** Hannah in February 2016. **** Hannah has lost a loyal service customer all because they would not honor the special after I had left.
Cierra was excellent. When we brought the car in for the initial maintenance, she found an umbrella so my daughter and I could walk to target while we waited for our vehicle to be done. We felt very taken care of and are always pleased with the level of service provided to us at **** Hannahs!
