Although I was pleased with the way Larry(?) the service manager at **** Hannah tried to defuse the situation, I am still not satisfied with the service level of **** Hannah. It has been 3 days since my visit to **** Hannah and I still haven't received a copy of the maintenance performed during my visit. There are other details that I am not satisfied with but I don't want to go in great detail here.
