Keri was great and for the first time in months I got the customer service that **** Hannah has always provided. I also was very pleased to work with Rob again. He’s thorough and makes sure I understand what is going on. A few weeks ago I was in because the tire pressure light would not turn off. When I picked up my car Chuck said that they put 40PSI in each tire and now I’m told it’s urgent that I get new tires. I specifically asked Chuck a few weeks ago if I needed new tires and he assured me that I didn’t but I was also told that putting 40 PSI in my tires would ruin them and I believe that’s what happened! I’m very frustrated and want and explanation but nobody seems to be able to give it to me. I was put in touch with Alex who has tried to help but something isn’t working and my car is having too many issues! I’m ready to trade my car in because I’m tired of the issues but for the first time in years I’m not too sure I’m going back to **** Hannah because of all the issues with getting my car fixed. It has literally sucked!
