I am happy with Chuck’s service although I am very unhappy with my 2016 Pilot. The issues with the car’s hands-free and navigation system cannot be “fixed” by Chuck and his team and that is not his fault.

I appreciated Darin planning ahead and ordering the parts that were likely needed to fix my car before I brought the car in to have the work done. While this effort was guesswork, and actually put off fixing the car for a couple more days, it was a good hedge to avoid a potential extra visit had he not preordered both parts. As it turned out, the extra parts ordered were not needed, but I appreciated the foresight regardless. I also appreciated the service loaner car at no charge while my car was fixed, as I only have one car. Thanks.

I would like to thank Darin my car was in there on Tuesday for rattle they fixed one that they found the next morning I got in the car I had a nother rattle I called and got right in. No more rattle!

I suggested that I was completely satisfied due to the service I received from Lisa. The jury is still out on my satisfaction with the service department at **** Hannah over all. My first interaction with service was last Saturday when I called in to report my problem and was told I should bring my car in immediately. When I arrived they checked my oil and told me I needed an appointment. They very well could have told me I needed an appointment over the telephone. The individual I spoke with on the telephone seem to blissfully unaware.

Car done on time and washed and vacuumed, quick shuttle back to pick up my car and Rob took extra time to get my iPhone since to the car so I can use maps and hear the directions ! I’m more than happy . Thanks for the great service!

Had an appointment and still had a 2 hour long wait for just an oil change. Could go elsewhere and have it done in less than 30 minutes. Lisa was fine, but the wait time was a little much.
