Service with a smile is most welcome and appreciated. The car wash was just ok. Windows were wiled with dirty towels and dried with smeers but no biggie. Overall very satisfied. Thank you.

Chuck was was pleasant to work with. There was a mistake in my appointment schedule & was accommodating in helping my car being added in. He also helped arrange a car for my use as my shuttle ride was not scheduled. The airbag replacement did not go smoothly as the repair people did not put my car back together correctly. When I called back in that I was having issues Chuck got me back in the next day to rectify the issue & again arranged for a car for me. He kept me updated & explained in detail the issues that occurred.

I’ll be glad to respond to your survey… Everything was so positive! I came in just hours after having had a rear end accident and the car was checked over for safety concerns I had. It wasn’t Austin’s fault . I made an appt a week ago for several items to be done . Three weeks ago I came in to get my back hatch upper light replaced. The service dept didn’t have it in stock so needed to order it. After two weeks went by and no call . I called to see if it was in. I was put on hold and then the person said it was in and schedule me to bring my vehicle the following week. I brought it in yesterday. Then later after I dropped it off Austin called to let me know they couldn’t locate the part and it looks like it was never ordered. Austin tried to locate the part and even called other locations. Austin did what he could . But now I will have to make a third trip to get this fixed when the part finally arrives

Sean was extremely helpful and straight forward! The intake process was a little hectic (by no fault of the **** hannah employees) due to multiple people dropping off their cars at once, the wait time wasn’t ideal but the employees on the floor noticed who had been waiting and tended to them as quickly as they could!
