I express my delight with the wonderful service I received from Michele. She took every measure to ensure that the service was impeccable. She even brought in serviceman Chris Highins to answer my questions.

Very impressed with the whole set up there. However, Darin forgot to get the key fob from me so I found it in my pocket today.
The service with Che was great, as usual. The thing that I didn’t appreciate was that when I made the appointment for the recall, the person who I worked with on the phone for the appointment only offered me a shuttle service. I was not aware at all until Che told me as I was dropping the car off that a recall means I could get a free loaner car. I didn’t appreciate not being told that up front; as I had already worked on alternative arrangements and I was really stuck depending on other people for rides for the greater part of the day.

Had a dash light, that went out and the service teach didn't understand what my problem was. My service advisor ask me to talk with the service teach and I explain to him where the light was. He replaced the light. All because of the service teach had him check again. Good job!
I always tend to have a bit of anxiety when it comes to car expenses, but even when something showed up as needing replacement, Rob was informative and convincing. He clearly stated the importance of my cars needs in order to keep me safe! Awesome guy! Thank you Honda
The car wash could have been a little better. They missed a few spots. I’m good with it. Know they had a lot to get done today
