Robert Loomis was awesome. He answered all of my questions and then even went out of his way to advise me of a product I wanted that **** Hannah did not carry. Robert was pleasant, had a positive attitude and was very very helpful. (The product I was looking for was the protective tape that is on the driver’s door step panel when you purchase the car). I recently had surgery and it is at times difficult to raise my leg into the car. I wanted to replace the tape to keep the step protected).
My rep listened to my concerns & made sure they were checked out
