We had not been in before so we didn’t know the process... We had a 7am appointment and got the before the service area was open. Employees walk past us on their way in, while we stood outside (I had parked our car). No one said anything to us! Then we followed one lady in (who had pulled her car up to the service bays). We stood inside waiting... then finally someone spoke to us (rather briskly) telling us what to do. It was all very awkward! Even if we had been given some instruction on the process when your team called to get the vin# it would have been better. You should have a way to flag people/cars who have not been in before. I did like the text messages and efficiency once I understood the process. Chuck was fine.

I dropped the car off when my appointment was scheduled before work. Che was nice and welcoming and previewed. The work to be done. Tamara air bag recall and software update. He also arranged a shuttle to my work which got me there on time. He kept me informed of the progress and when they had finished before 10:00 He had the shuttle pick me up. I also had the cabin air filter replaced and they had vacuumed the floor mats. While driving back to work I noticed better performance and smoother shifting due to the firmware update which was a pleasant surprise. Thank You.
