The repair on the front right fender looks great, but when I picked up the truck from the bay I saw certain “flaws” in the paint. If you look closely and in a certain light/angle you can see scratches on the clear coat. From a distance you won’t see anything, but when viewed in your bay everything popped out. I could see the 3 spots where the work to remove the dents occurred. Upon popping the hood I saw all the residue from the work. I have a photo if you want to see what I am talking about.

Darin was great to work with. He took the time to listen to my issues and then not only explain in a clear way, but popped the hood to show me the areas of the car that would looked at. He helped put my mind at ease and did the best job of making things as easy and pleasant as possible. Big kudos to him and the rest of the team!

Your drop off service is polite and efficient. My CR-V was ready for pickup when promised. My only issue was signing in to Rufus because I did not know the login. A seamless experience.
