I actually came in in tears. Michele was amazing!!! She totally listened and made me feel better. I was reassured she would take care of me. While I was waiting she said that the technician couldn’t find a problem. After explaining to her how I knew there’s a problem. She took the information back to the technician and wala they found it and fixed it!!! Now I feel safe in my car again, all because Michele listened. Super kudos to her.

Austin was awesome! He went out of his way to get me a car big enough to accommodate my 4 car seats! He was so polite and respectful! There was also an amazing receptionist (kari - maybe)?? Please ask Austin he would know. She is the one that actually did something for me after I called 3 different times! She made it feel old school not this new way that people are being treated by just saying someone will call you back. She said I will figure this out right now for you! And that is what I call exceptional service!! Thank you!

Had an appointment and still took almost 2 hours. Why bother with an appointment then? An oil change shouldn’t take that long.
