Very friendly service but I had a 9am appt for an oil change and didn't walk out until about 11am. When I got a confirmation about my appt it would have been better if they gave me an idea on where to go for my appt. I was told I was in the wrong area at first, went to the area they told me to then felt like I was in the wrong area again. They looked me up in the system and said it was ok so I'm not sure if that's how long an oil change there should take or if I was moved to another time because of where I went. Again, I was treated well but will not make an appt for the service again. Most likely will go to the Express service instead.
I had not planned a screw in my tire. I needed to have it fixed before I drove 30 miles home and I needed to take my husband to the doctor by a certain time and still needed to drive another 15 miles. I felt like the gal who I asked about how much longer it would be (my car was on the lift without a wheel for several minutes) as I had a commitment. I had already waited about 45-50 minutes. Her attitude was as if I was being a pain which I feel I was not.
I would like to apologize for any inconvenience I caused.

Timely, food service, only disappointment was I couldn’t get my car washed and vacuumed which I thought Honda always did with service

I wasn’t impressed that my car was done for over 20 minutes and staff could not check me out and allow me to leave until 5 other parties were checked out. Very inefficient.
