Being a new car owner, Shawn made me feel at ease and explained everything to me regarding maintenance on the vehicle. He also assured me I could contact him at any time with any questions I may have. He even gave me perfect instructions on how to get back to I-5 going back to Portland! I feel very comfortable having Shawn as my service advisor and look forward to having my Honda Fit serviced by him and his team.

Made appointment and phone called to work out all the fine details. The wife showed up with the car... and NO ONE KNEW JACK **** ABOUT IT. Evidently, there was a catastrophic breakdown of communication between Austin and rest of the **** Hannah dealership. This is EXACTLY why I quit bringing my car to you after purchasing it new... "lack of personalized service." This recent experience has probably made up our mind that **** Hannah is unable to meet our needs when it comes to a new vehicle.
I am very satisfied the way he treated me and the he complied with the time he said it was going to take to get the service done. I feel he went the extra mile in taking care of my car. I am also very satisfied with all the info he gave me about my concerns on my car. Thank you
