He was at lunch at my appointment time. I wasn’t helped for about 10minutes. They said 2 hours and it was more like 2.5 and then they didn’t really look into one of the issues I told them about. Didn’t think he was very helpful in explaining what they did.

I scheduled an appointment and I was not given my appointment. I was not greater for more than 30 minutes and even then it took even longer for my service to begin. The over all service was bad and took way to long.

I wasn’t particularly pleased with the lack of coordination between service and the loaner car promised, but Ciera did the best job she could do under circumstances beyond her control. I made a decision based upon information I was given prior, and had to Uber my way after a planned exchange for a loaner vehicle (of irrelevant make or model) at the service counter. Had I been told the availability of a loaner vehicle was tenuous, I’d have made other arrangements for disposition of the rest of my day. As it turned out, my appointment was less than 6 hours. Either way, I made plans that had to be subsequently adjusted in the interim, and paid extra to accommodate a scenario I was promised, specifically, would not occur.
I am increasingly disappointed in the **** Hannah experience since the purchase of this vehicle. We’re it not a Honda, my enthusiasm for Hannah is waning, dreadfully.
I received excellent service from Darin and **** Hannah dealerships. I will continue to drive my vehicle 1.5 hours to get it serviced here and will make sure **** Hannah Honda is the first dealership I visit when I’m ready to get another vehicle in the future.
