Apparently, complimentary car wash/vacuum is no longer done when car gets serviced which is very disappointing. Was informed that Kaady voucher is given, now, instead for qualifying service done. On this visit I did not receive either car wash from dealership nor a voucher. In addition, had leather seat cleaned for spilled frapaccino & am happy with team for getting it out, however, product used to do the cleaning, etc. was ovetsprayed onto other parts of the interior & upholstery & leather & was not cleaned off. It is still there at present since I've not had the time to clean it up.
I had my airbags replaced and now the airbag light is stuck on. I don't have time to bring it back for a while so I'm stuck with it like that for now. Hopefully everything is safe.
Oil percentage gagecwas not reset to 100% after the oil change, leading me to question whether all of the services I requested were performed. I also didn't like the fact that your service documentation didn't identify how the tires were rotsted---I needed to ask there service rep what was done. She told me the tire rotation doesn't involve crossing the tires (at some point) which to me doesn't make sense long-term. So I left your service department with questions--which isn't good when it comes to having your vehicle serviced...I'm new to Vancouver, moving here from NY a few months ago, and this service appointment was also about evaluating your Honda dealership as my new service provider for my vehicles. I will now be looking at other area Honda dealers for service based on my experience at your dealership. I have always had my Honda vehicles (I've owned 6) serviced at a Honda deakership and it looks like I'll be looking to others in the area to continue this.
Jeff was great! I was given misleading information by the lady I spoke with to schedule my service appointment, so when I met with Jeff to drop my vehicle off and began getting different information I was upset and frustrated to say the least. I was already having a rough day, and unfortunately Jeff got the brunt of my emotion and irritation. He arranged for me to have a rental for the duration of the service (though that was not without its own hiccups), and ultimately just went out of his way to make sure I left happy. Please tell him I apologize for being so unpleasant to work with, and that I really appreciate everything he did to once again instill my confidence in Honda!

However, my service with Jeffrey Munson was great, very thorough. My previous complaint is obviously for the tech department on the service to my engine.
I made the appointment to solve three issues. 1 was resolved. I should have been told that the wheel couldn't be fixed at the same time. I asked several times and was told yes. Now I have to leave my car again for a whole day. Not happy with that. The 30k mile checkup went well. It only amounted to an oil change. The other issue is apparently just a weird Toyota quirk.

The rear windshield wiper was replaced and now the timing is off. I didn't get a chance to bring it back after finding this out yesterday. The wiper doesn't sweep like it should. It gets stuck repeatedly. Everything else was fine.
Service done very quickly and shuttle driver did a great job. Only downside was that middle seats were clicked down on my floormats slightly damaging the mats.
Great job on the lenses and the weather stripping. My car looks really good, like new! Thank you!
