When your service advisor tells me one hour for Express service and it turns out to be 2.5 hours, that's a problem. My car was in the parking, finished, for 45 minutes and no one told me. When I found out, I asked why I hadn't been notified, I was told that they are just so busy they can't handle all the volume. You've done past service for value. If I could take my car anywhere else, I would buy I'm locked in with you due to my extended warranty. You service levels are poor and you should be more diligent about treating your customers better than filling the cash bucket. It can be done. Hire someone with a business degree and have them use economics 101 to help you.

Austin is a pro. Well done. I think it odd that factory tailgate struts installed in 2015 should fail after 3 years. My Pilot is a 2006. 9 years on the originals. 3 years on the replacements. Thoughts anyone?

Tyler was great and very professional! However, on the way back home we noticed that part of the hood was sticking up. Upon inspection the hood was not shut completely and only the safety latch was holding it down. This is concerning as we were on our way back to the east side of the state and could have run into some severe complications if this latch had given way upon a large gust from a truck passing. Also my wife and I heard a rattling noise on the drivers side of the car on the way home. I plan inspecting this in the morning as it is late and we just got home.

I no I had no appointment but for express service line a 1:55 minuets time for a oil change and filter. Is a bit slow. Seemed like some more personal on staff would help. Also I come every year for service and the turn over of employees looks like you all ain’t paying the employees enough to stay No body wants to see different people all the time. That screams to much of company for them selfs. Think about it.
