My experience was great overall! However, a tube was left in the cabin of the vehicle and now the interior of my car smells of gasoline.

I’ve tried multiple people there at **** Hannah Honda and we decided to go back to Darin and stick with him. I value his input and honesty and feel he is giving his input based off our best interest in kind. You don’t find that often and it’s made us appreciate his care and continue coming back to **** Hannah. In the past I’ve felt like they didn’t necessarily have our best interest in kind and tried making money off of us and we almost left. We are very grateful for Darin’s services!

I went in to get my brakes done because I had one of your coupons to get my brake pads replaced then I got an estimate for $5,000 of just stuff that you wanted to charge me didn't get the brake pads replaced and now my alignment is severely messed up. There was nothing wrong with my alignment when I brought it in

Technician failed to reset maintenance minder on instrument cluster. Had to call and jlhave technician walk me through reset.????
Austin was busy when I arrived at **** Hanna’s Honda dealership. A female employee from another station stepped in and handled my check in and out. I had ask her to clean out the base of the wipers. It hadn’t been done when I was checked out. I wish I knew her name because she took my car over to another work station and used a high pressure air hose to blow out all the fir needles. Then we ask for help with the Easy Care system and Alex Bassett. He spent at least 30 minutes on the phone helping us with that program we purchased at the Sam Linder Honda dealer in Salinas, CA. All of the staff were very helpful.
