Hello – I was very happy with the service and the work on my daughter’s car. I haven’t had a chance to call, but I feel there was a mistake on the charges. I had a coupon for $34 for the oil change and that showed on the receipt correctly. Allie honored the quote that I was given for the work last time I was in which was $169. That was also correct on the receipt; however, there were two additional charges that added up to about $20. Just curious about what those are. Thank you for the follow-up.

Jerry was very nice and gave me an accurate time for the service to be done and the waiting room was clean and comfortable. The only thing, the person I talk to on the phone to make appointment was not very friendly and when I asked her for an estimate of how long the service would take, she answered, “they’ll tell you when you arrive.” I live all the way in Beaverton and I just wanted an estimate to know if I should plan to stay or not. I ended up being at the dealership for 4h and if I had known I would have made arrangements to get someone to pick me up as time goes slow in the waiting room, even though it is s a nice waiting room :)

Jerry was great, very attentive and not pushy when offering additional service items that I could decide if I wanted to have done today. When trying to pay for the services, the payment device froze 2 different times when at the step to sign. Hope My credit card dosen’t Get charged more than once.
