Didn’t receive new window sticker, not the fault of advisor. Surprised by the increase in price for an oil change. Just have to watch the oil life indicator

Overall I was satisfied. The interactions I had with the team were positive. I was frustrated that the paper floor mat was still in my car for me to dispose of, and the greasy fingerprints all over my dash and steering wheel. For the above and beyond customer experience I would expect from Honda, I would have anticipated a cleaner result. It would be great customer service had the dash and steering wheel been cleaned, and exceeding my expectations by cleaning the windows. It's the little things.
