We were told among other things we needed a new valve cover gasket and long life transmission service. I OKed the service then looked at service receipt from one year ago and to my surprise they did very same thing. If you guys are going to do unnecessary work at least look at the service record of the car so you don’t get caught. This is completely unacceptable. We won’t be back and will tell everyone who’ll listen what you did to us. We are two people living social security driving a twelve year old car. The bill came to $2,300. That’s more than the car is worth.

I was not prepared to hang out with my 3 year old for 5 hours. Michele was awesome. Can't afford to replace the radio in my crv still not sure what's wrong with it
I made an appointment for 10:30 this morning. When I explained what was wrong we both agreed it was likely a loose hose in the window washer line. I said it should be pretty quick. I was advised that my appointment was only to drop the car off and that we were looking at 1-1.5 hours. I asked if I could try again and schedule the work rather than a drop off. Of course that was not possible.
After waiting the hour, I called to check and found it was done and that it was a loose hose and the charge was $70. I mentioned it seemed a little high just to plug a hose back in. She pointed out that he also needed to test to see if the fix worked. I tested it myself and found that portion took less than one minute. Not sure what your hourly rate is but my repair was certainly done in 10, maybe 15 minutes.

Che was friendly and professional. He explained which items would be checked and recommended fluid changes since my car is 3 yrs old. Very efficient. I enjoyed chatting with Janet in the courtesy van ride home. Che and Janet are model employees and represent the Hannah dealership exceptionally well.
Parts were put in sloppy and side ways. Sticky stuff was all over DVD unit and shifting area and cup holder area. Different color covers were put on where air gets put in tire. Brought other advisor out to show him and he agreed didn't have time to have fixed while I was there quickly picking up and had already returned car. No one went over or told me stuff was needed on inspection and tried calling 3 times. Still don't know the answer to 3 things on inspection. Darin was out so couldn't talk to him. But usually if I am dealing with him he does an exceptional job but he was gone because it was his day off.

Austin was so great he explained in terms i cpuld understand why i should opt to add some extra service things like cleaning the “injectors” to get better gas milage and the oil leak that could cause problems over time! Plus i hurt my back and sitting for an extended service would have been terrible and he arranged for a loaner so i was not in pain!!! Thanks - for all you do and Austin for taking such good care
