The job took AN HOUR longer than she said it would, and she didn’t keep me apprised of it (we would have made a different plan had we know how long it would take.). It blew our plans for the whole day. I also can’t believe we don’t have a written warranty for the new tires. We’d get one at Les Schwab, which is where we’ll go in 60,000 miles. We’ve had YEARS of great service from **** Hannah, so we’ll come back, but I expect MUCH better service & communication.
It was a pleasure to have Michele as my service advisor. She accurately conveyed my request to the service tech & my question to Alex. Efficient, friendly, knowledgable, and professional - kudos to Alex for an excellent staffing choice! I will request her ar my next visit.
Jerry was very kind and courteous. He explained to me in detail what needed to be done, what Honda could and could not do. He gave me an estimate of time I would be waiting and he was accurate.
