I paid good money for the inside of my car to get detailed. Got into the car at the end of the day when it was finished only to discover they did not clean the inside of the console that’s hold the drinks. They closed the cover and cleaned the top. That was one place that really needed to be cleaned. Your service department should have some type of quality check before turning over the car to the customer. Now I have to take time to do it which is scarce. I am picking up out of state guests tomorrow at the airport and really wanted the inside of my Honda Pilot to look nice.

I felt a little uncomfortable getting service for my Camry vs a Honda. I bring in the Camry because you provided great service on my Honda Fit. Example: the free car wash was reserved for special customers even though your email to me with the service coupon included a car wash.
It took way too long for a simple oil change. Then I was told my car was leaking oil, but the techs didn't check the oil level before they drained it. Jerry on the other hand was extremely helpful and polite.
