Thank you for rental vehicle. However, am a little perplexed that there was a need. When I called 2 days prior I informed svc that I needed a loaner/rental car since I had to work in portland that day. Receptionist assured me that either of those things would be arranged. I called in the late afternoon day prior & was informed of the “first come first serve” policy regarding loaners. That was the 1st time I was told this & asked why it is that none of that was explained to me, &, was given no real explanation. Because I had to work in PDX, it was necessary that I had a vehicle, &, related this in our conversation, &, if a loaner vehicle wasn’t available then I’d need a rental, which I emphasized is one of the “supposed” perks of rewards. I was assured that since my appt was @7:30 am it almost guaranteed I’d have a loaner. Arrived at 7:23am to be informed NO LOANERS available, so, requested the rental car. Svc dept. told me a $50 deposit required with major CC, per Enterprise. Again, I was not told anything about a deposit on a major credit card when I spoke to svc day before & was nervous over the time it could take to arrange for rental since I had to be in Portland @9:45 & I had to still get ready for work since I’d estimated dropping my car to be a quick. In the end I paid no deposit & rental was super fast, thank you, Enterprise. Appreciate fuel & Dodge Challenger rental was all on DH, so, thank you, as well. Lastly, was late getting back to DH due to traffic & svc waited so I could pickup my car, awesome. One very last thing, I didn’t receive a car wash coupon on this visit.
Shawn was very helpful by taking the time to explain every step of the maintenance that was going to be done on my car. He broke down every step of what would be going on and asked if I had any questions. He also gave great explanations to the additional questions I asked

I drove my car home and smelt gas in the car. I thought this was normal so I continued to drive it throughout the day and onto the next. My dad was in the car with me the day after and also smelt gasoline. We opened the hood and saw that the cap was missing on the oil tank. After searching around we found the cap in a crack in the engine. There was oil spilt all over the engine and under the hood. I'm not a car person but I know this isn't right and I'm greatful we opened the hood before something bad could've happened. That would've been another story. Greatly disappointed because this is my first service from **** Hannah and I expected the basics on capping would be completed.
Shawn, was a outstanding representative of the dealership in addressing the problem with my Honda. Service and repair in one day. I couldn't ask for more from a repair shop.
