Most hospitable crew ever!!! Thank you for your warm hospitality!!!
Very good customer service.
He provided good service. We were glad to get a discount on a repair. Why the keyless start button doesn’t last longer than it did is a concern. Never did I have to repair a traditional keyed ignition.
Absolute professional handling of transaction from Cierra and service crew. Over and beyond customer service extended by Chris from the mechanics crew detecting and fixing an issue with power steering fluid in minutes, after the fact. He ensured the Vehicle is in excellent repair exiting service, and to deliver exemplary customer satisfaction unrelated to original scope of the repair visit... There is areason I use **** Hannah Honda in Vancouver to service my car, even though I live in Beaverton, Oregon...It’s because of all the above...World class operation and crew...
Chuck is AMAZING!!! Took very great care of me. Chuck and Austin are your best employees!! Keep chuck around!
Tiffany was very friendly and explained all details of the service options clearly.
Excellent service and quick service
Jerry was great! Really helpful and nice to deal with. Very good customer service experience!
He was very friendly & answered all my questions but he did not inform me that someone else would be finishing up my transaction this evening. He was off at 430 & my car was estimated to be complete around 5pm. Also he said he'd apply a coupon for my oil change since I was also doing my 30,000 mile maintenance. This wasn't done so the girl was kind enough to do this for me anyway. I guess no notes were left.
I was waiting to write my review until I had a chance to talk with Alex, the service manager. But we missed each other's calls and I have not heard back.
The original estimate Austin gave me over the phone was around $950. During that conversation, he said he'd try and keep my total around $800/850. I had a $75 coupon so I figured this lower price was taking that into account.
He said the reason my car stalled was due to a bad engine coolant temp sensor, and a failing starter. I ok'd the work. After thinking about it, I found it odd that a starter problem would cause stalling, as usually it causes problems with starting the car. I called back and asked Austin about it and he said the starter and sensor were both causing it to stall. When I pushed it further, he checked with the tech who did the inspection, and then told me that the sensor was causing the stalling and the starter was a separate issue. It seemed odd that his story changed, but I was in a bind and needed my car so I still ok'd all suggested repairs.
Austin called a few hours later to let me know they got the wrong part and would need to keep my car another day. He said he would take 20% off for the troubles, and provided me with a free loaner car.
The next day I picked up my car. I was told my total was $858. I was surprised, as this was the total Austin provided BEFORE they got the wrong part and he said he would take 20% off. So, figuring 20% off about $850, I was expecting the total to be around $680. Then adding on taxes, it should still be way under $850. I tried explaining this to the woman who checked me out, but I wasn't getting anywhere, so I paid the $858 and left.
I called the next day to talk to Austin but he wasn't there, so the person I spoke with said she would leave him a message that I had some questions. After over a week of not hearing back from Austin, I called again. This time he was there, so I asked him about the 20% off. His answer was that the coupon I provided for $75 off was actually for $75 off OR 20% off. I had to leave the coupon with Austin when I dropped my car off, so I can't verify, but I don't recall it saying that. It was one of those $25 off $250 worth of work, or $50 off $500, or $75 off over $500 kind of deals. So, odd that it would mention a percentage off. And even if it did, that is not how it showed on my invoice. My invoice shows a $75 coupon discount, then a 10% "rewards program" discount. I did the math - if I was given 20% off total parts and labor, the discount would have been $187. However, the way it shows on the invoice as a $75 coupon plus 10% off, the discount is $161. Not a huge difference, but why would it be rung up this way if I was being given 20% off INSTEAD of $75 off?
I told Austin that none of this was explained to me when he said he was providing 20% off. He apologized and said he'd try and be more clear going forward.
That's great, but that doesn't help the fact that I was mislead about the price and repairs every step of the way.
I'm doubting whether the starter really needed to be replaced. The sensor would have cost me about $150 for parts and labor. Not much money compared to what you can charge for a starter replacement. It's interesting - when I called the service center to schedule repairs, and when I dropped my car off, I explained how my car stalled when I went from idle to driving. When I turned it off then back on, it was fine. Yet on the invoice, though he did note that my car died, he also wrote that when I started the vehicle, nothing happened. So of course, saying that a car won't start, you'd look for a starter problem...
I've tried to get in touch with Alex to go over my experience, but haven't been able to reach him. I feel like I was manipulated and taken advantage of, suggested possibly unnecessary repairs, and given a misrepresentation of final costs, due to Austin's miscommunications and explanations changing each time I talked with him.
