I was more impressed with the young lady that told me why it was very important for me to make sure that I had the seat buckle fixed. That my airbags would not work nor would the warning light go off my dashboard until I did.

As always Jeff has treated me as a part of the family. Although we arrived early for our appointment, he did his best to get us out on time. Asked all the right questions and checked the right boxes before I needed to tell him. This why I drive95 miles to have Jeff see that things are taken care of. I fill very much like I am part of the Hannah family!

My car was not ready on time or even close to a timely manner and I had to call for updates and they wanted to charge me for a part that was covered by warranty and only after I said I am not paying for it did they actually look to see that it was covered. To top it all off, my car came back not 100% and I have to call to bring it in again.
