It is always a wonderful joy to have my family vehicles serviced by **** Hannah Honda Service dept. Michele Archuleta was charming and professional like always. She kept me informed of my vehicle progress. Unlike **** Hannah Chrysler and Jeeep service dept next door which was a bad experience. This is why I decided to take my daughter’s2015 Chrysler 200c to **** Hannah Honda Service. Because I know I would receive excellent service!

I was not happy with customer service today. I was given attidtude because I asked for a ride. With bad attitude I was told someone would be giving me a ride but I had to figure out a way back.

During the call notifying me of my car being finished, I was not made aware of any of the recommended items that my car needs that were found during the inspection process, I only found out about them after I paid online and went to pick the car up...

Door didn’t work and I had to bring it back and not happy receiving the vehicle back dirty, being as their were prints and marks all over the inside windshield. I didn’t bring it in that way. Also, the middle console of my vehicle was torn apart and there were two items found under the seat and in the back.
