Thanks for rotating my tires but the tire stem was put back on the tire. I will have to drive back in to the shop to get one.

Both service specialists were great. However when I went to pick up my vehicle the first time the repair was complete but there was broken glass all over inside the car and the sunroof track. When I came the second time to pick up my car it was better but still found glass all over interior that I had to clean before driving my kids home. I also found glass still in the window track.
I know Jerry was busy, but I almost wasn't able to pick up my car before close after I texted and called the dealership.

The service should NOT have taken over 7 hours, especially when told it would be 3 hours at most. The lack of communication was extremely frustrating as well. Left a message and received no phone call back. I'm very disappointed with **** Hannah's service at this appointment. This is not the level of service that is usually provided by **** Hannah. What happened?
What a great guy Shawn is. Even though I showed
up 45 minutes early he was so cordial and kind.
He explained clearly what he thought might
be going on with my car and also what the problem
could be with the inter-connection between
phone and auto. Shawn is an asset to the ****
Honda service department. I will be asking for him
personally when my next service is due.

Just a few thoughts.
Austin has performed all three of the services for my 2017 Honda CRV. Each and every service was completed within the time estimate he gave (nice!) and Austin was great about explaining what the service would entail (beforehand) and what the results of the service were (after hand).
Austin is professional, thoughtful, earnest, quick to smile, easy to like. He's the kid any organization would be happy to find, hire and retain: total asset.
IF I had filled out my two prior service surveys from **** Hannah, they would have echoed the above. So, if any bonuses, atta-boys, trips to Hawaii or otherwise are based upon the "number" of surveys returned, please "triple" the value of my comments.
My wife and I love our car. It's so nice, it's like a second home. :)
