Che is a considerate, knowledgeable professional who sets the standard for all of the service managers that I have worked with over the years. Proactive and highly skilled in communication, it is clear to me that he has an excellent understanding of the operation and the progress of all service items. Very impressed.
He was extremely attentive and explained everything to me. I arrived early which may have been a problem but he made me feel welcome. I am more than pleased with today’s service.

Jerry was great and saved the experience. It took over 2 hours and3-4 phone calls to get transport back to Hannah. This was the first time that there was questionable assistance in whoever answers the phone. It also took multiple Lyft drivers to get one to the VA campus building 17. Since there are slot of Honda’s in our parking lots perhaps you should teach basic Clark County landmarks. The third driver was great but you were almost closed by the time someone came to get me. New transport system needs work. Service employees are super.

My vehicle service was fine but the change to Lyft was a disappointment. When I scheduled my appointment I let the representative know I needed the first shuttle to get to work expecting to be at the VA by 7:20. I arrived at 6:56 and the doors opened promptly at 7:00am. I was helped by Jerry who explained the associate I was originally scheduled with was out so he would help me instead. I appreciated that he quickly stepped up and offered to help. My frustration began when they told me they would call me a Lyft and it took 20+ minutes to show up. I didn’t make it to work till 7:40am. My work is approximately 10 min from the dealership on Fourth Plain. My past experiences when you had a shuttle was that I arrived at work no later than 7:30. I got one message about my car asking if I had questions but no update on when it was finished until I called 2x and texted 1x. I had to call the main line too to request a return ride on Lyft since I was not getting a call back. Since that took multiple calls starting at 3:30 it was pretty disappointing that my ride arrived at 4:35 making me wait off work. At least with the shuttle I knew a ride was coming at a set time and it always showed up. This was the most disappointing visit I’ve had and to be honest I’m not sure I’ll come back next time.
Dreaded this process in the beginning of our search. No problem with **** Hannah group. Very good. Not a fan on model extremes from the manufactures. I.e. Leather package always attached to navigation install. You are going to pay 21k or 27. Not much between on some models as an example. No comprimize unless special order. Even then, options are still limited.
Crystal went out of her way to accommodate me and make me feel like she was very happy to help me! Great customer service!
