I could not figure out how to update my maps on my Pilot and it appears the dealership doesn’t have a clue either. I was provider a phone number so I could call Honda to see if I could get it resolved. You had my car for two days and when I got it back I still have outdated maps. Also I have had it in twice for erratic shifting in the low range and twice I was told that the dealership could not find a problem. Another issue that I discovered yesterday, in a blinding rain storm is that my sunroof won’t close properly. I had to exit the vehicle, hold down the wind deflector and then reach into my vehicle to activate the sunroof and that is the only way I could get the sunroof to close and seal before I had a swimming pool in my Pilot. I had this same problem before so I took it in to the dealership for this same exact problem and was told a switch was either replaced or adjusted. This is my first Honda ever owned and it may be the last. This vehicle only has 20,500 miles on it.
I'm not satisfied with the results. My car is still dirty. The seat belt straps are moldy. Looks like a rush job was done and was not truly "detailed."
It is always nice working with Michele. She is nice, professional, and always explains things very well. I appreciate her attention to detail.

Excellently service and speed
Michele was fantastic! Only problem was with the text system and we did not receive any texts until car was done. This is not her fault. And she was aware of issues with the text system and she called just to be sure we received information. I always prefer a phone call anyway and glad Michelle is on the same understanding!
