I was charged a fee to diagnose my emission system light. The result is that the gas cap was at one point not tightened enough. As a Honda service provider, you should know that this is a possibility and tighten cap, then run system before charging such a large diagnostic fee. I paid the fee, but apparently my bill was incorrect for labor on installation of a new battery and cabin filter. I’ve received a few calls from Austin telling me such, but if you want my continued service, I request that discrepancy is dropped from my account. There is no sign on gas cap saying you have to tighten three times. I always tighten once. Please respond if you have further questions. Thank You, Clarissa J

Michelle was friendly and enjoyable to work with. She was patient even though I was having trouble with my debit card and showed real concern while I answered a call from my son, who was coincidentally hit by another driver and called me for advise during my check out. Many thank you’s to Alex for helping me feel welcome. Do you still wash our cars after service? ????????

Paid $70 plus dollars for oil change n tires rotated. On schedule multiple repeat customer. I feel that dealer can provide a better then average service. But ounce again didnt get taken care of completely. License plate light out not a real big deal!?!?!? other then it being brought my attention that I can go get one at few places suggested by said cs rep. WOW!!!! Ok! THANKS? All because my car wasn’t a Honda ???! These particular bulbs are not make or model specific. Thanks **** Hannah. Should I find a better place to do business? Your call. “OMG”

Che was courteous and professional. He explained every detail and the fees about the service that was going to be lenderd prior to actual work so that I could understand what kind of maintenance work was going to be performed. He also followed up with good explanation on what was worked on my car afterward.

Patient, upbeat, and professional are the words to describe Shawn. He followed up on progress on the car, as well as texting me to ask if I had any questions or concerns. He telephoned when my car was ready. Shawn said to leave my rental car at the Honda dealership, instead of my having to drive it back to the rental agency. He also explained how I may have caused my sun roof and all my windows to open, by mistake: holding the Lock down too long when locking my car. It was a pleasure to work with Shawn, and I will ask for him the next time I bring my car in.
