I made an apt. For my yearly oil change .
My apt was at 11:30 am , I drove in 11:15.
I sat waiting for some one to check me in , I finially asked some one to help me .
She said it would be about an hour , I told her I will wait for it.
At 10 minutes of 1, I asked some one how much longer , they said an hour .
Then , Michelle came in and said we haven’t started yet .i then spoke with Alex
I told him I was told an hour , and hour and half later , it’s out front , they haven’t started yet . I worked in service at Vancouver Ford , and we would not treat our customers like this . I made a apt , and you park my car out front, because you were busy , not cool .
I was left waiting for my car with no update. I saw my car parked where it looked like it was finished but got no update. I texted back the number and got no response. I called in to get an update and was told my person was gone and that I couldn’t get any updated info until she got back. I waited another 30 min and finically walked into the service center and then whomever was working finished up my paperwork and got me my keys. I asked why she couldn’t just do that when I called and spoke with her 30 min prior and she said sorry. That’s it just sorry. I was at the dealership for 3 hours. I watched my car sit in the spot I would pick it up from for an hour at least. It was so awful I went to another dealership to try and buy a car from them Instead of who I was working with at Hannah

I opted not to get my car serviced just because the cost was more then anticipated. So instead I went and traded it in. But Shawn was great he did everything I asked of him. So overall I'm satisfied.
