Had seat covers installed as part of car sales. Two days after picking car up from you. Drivers seat cover came loose. You had installed leather upholstery. I have brought the car in two times. Never has the cover been tightened. Service man said CAR seat was broken down. Also seat cover stretched and wore out. I'm smart enough to know this was a snow job as cover came loose. When it was new. I just waited till 1st service to bring car in. Michelle was very nice and tried hard to get problem fixed. But she got snowed by the service man also. William H

Shawn was polite, answered all questions, and very efficient. He was very knowledgeable and gave a thorough explanation to the Lyft vs Courtesy car policy change. He explained the new policy of car wash while servicing my vehicle. I was in and out while dropping the car off and the same when checking out. All in all a great experience.

I felt pressured into something that I did not need. I felt taken advantage of for being a young woman. The representative was trying to convince me I was unable to get the cheaper service for it would do damage to my vehicle, even when I told him I have been getting conventional oil changes for the last 3 years. Whe. I will not recommend anyone to this dealership and sadly, I chose **** Hannah Honda because I am in the market for a CR-V.

I called Honda, and they confirmed that yes, there is a green light on the auto dimming mirror, as I told the service advisor Jerry. Unfortunately, I wasted an hour and a half of my time. I do plan to call to schedule another appointment to have this fixed when I have the time.

Before I drove to Portland Oregon from Wisconsin, I had my Honda dealer in Green Bay check out my car and any possible service it may need. They told me I was good to go and shouldn’t have issues with my car. That was in September. Your service department told me that I needed several things that were quite expensive. I called my Honda service dealer and talk to them about your recommendations. They did not agree, and in fact, they said that one of your recommendations made absolutely no sense for my car. I chose to decline your recommendations. And I’m concerned about the Differences between both places. My Honda dealer in Green Bay is a company that I have been working with for the last 12 years. I trust them wholeheartedly.
