Hello- I am sad to say I was not satisfied and a bit frustrated after my last visit. For one, I live an hour away so I scheduled my apt in the am to not conflict with the rest of my day- which included a funeral and a bday dinner I was hosting as well. The transition did not go as smooth as I had experienced before so it was not a good day overall anyway. We arrived promptly at 10- went over details ( which last time I was in they said oh your next oil change will be at less cost because they switch back and forth and I was only at oil at 30% anyway so it wasn't empty. Then I was told I needed another service that was 200, which was fine but still a very big surprise not knowing that was "recommended" or needed exactly at that time. I was told if I didn't do it then and if anything happened that would be a problem. So I did. We got shuttled to the mall - wonderful but as almost 3 hours past I thought why is this taking so long and called. I was placed on hold then the gal told me someone would have to call me back because she could not look and see if my car was done. Then I got a call back acting like that wasn't a big deal ( someone had gone to lunch and no one had called saying it was done) then we got the link to the ride, not just getting one sent over like last time as I had already explained I was very late now and did not want to stay at the mall. I needed to be on the road like an hour prior to it being done. We were late for the service and then I was asked if I wanted to purchase more products(which I will just do next time but that was going to be another $90) so when I go for an oil change I don't normally plan to spend $ 200 or $ 300 dollars and I felt a free service /oil change or even an air filter something could have been offered for such a less than Great service and such a long delay( usually I'm out in like an hour) as I value the cost & type of vehicle I have purchased I am hoping I won't have more experiences like that.

Chuck did a great job. Excellent service and communication.
Leslie was friendly and informative as usual and provided me with an analysis of my vehicle. She knew I was interested in trading up and directed me to the showroom resulting in me driving home in a new vehicle.
Chuck was very helpful and went above and beyond with service. I’m looking into possibly trading in my car through Honda and got me all the info I needed about finding out the trade in value.
