I always get great service at **** Hannah Honda and today was no exception. Chuck took excellent care of us addressing all of our concerns, going over the work completed and then walked us to our car. Chuck’s a 10 in our book!

Shawn is a top-notch and knowledgeable service rep, and I plan to ask for him on my future visits. He’s courteous and patient - wants to help his customers—he does not “punch in, counting the hours till he can “punch out.” Shawn is one of those people you can trust and rely on, and he’s one of the reasons I keep coming back. I have a feeling that the entire staff is Customer-Care committed. Also, your prices on service are fair, unlike a previous Honda dealership I used in CA. Shawn is the face of Hannah Honda. I was asked to approve a cost for the work. It was the total I expected to pay for given that the tax was shown to be included. It crept up to $522 from $485. I'm a customer for some time and purchased a new Subaru from you as well. Not pleased with the procedure of cost to customer understanding.

I'm very happy with the service I've received at **** Hannah Honda. The final bill was $450.00 less than the second opinion my family insisted I get. Thanks to Che I always feel well taken care of. It was nice to show my family the dealership takes care of their clients, not "price gouging" like they thought.

You can actually contact my wife Meadow at ****-****-xxxx. she would refer to our service as far too long… We came in for a B1 oil change and it took three hours. We also asked for assistance with the Apple CarPlay… As the back up cameras charging system and CarPlay are working sporadically. Darin was patronizing, and constantly ignoring all the information we passed on to Darin. She referred to it as “Man-Splaining”. All in all it was a terrible experience and the young man was rude.
