They kept me waiting in the waiting room for over an hour even though the car was ready way before that and not one person let me know. I had to go out to remind her. Your mechanic didn't bother to lock all the latches from the air filter in the engine compartment.

The service has always been good despite the fact that I’m always being hassled to replace my cabin filter for $55. That’s a complete rip off when I know I can get one for less than half the price elsewhere. I mean **** Hannah services are already pricey enough.
