Michele was sick. She had ordered a part for me & told me to expect the installation of that part to take 1-1 1/2 hours. The woman who took over Michele’s customers (Lisa?) left me sitting in the waiting room for 3 hours wih no news. I finally walked through the parking lot & found my car. This is the first negative thing I have experienced at your shop. But I have learned there is a Portland Hannah/Honda shop where I will probably go the next time I need to visit a dealership.
Shawn always takes the extra time to explain what services will be completed on my Honda Fit. I have hearing loss and he always speaks directly to me and loud enough for me to hear and understand. There are no surprises with Shawn and as a retired individual I appreciate knowing what will be done and the cost. He is great!
