Austin says he made one attempt to contact me
when my car was ready but I received no call nor
did he leave a message on my phone. As a result I
waited an extra and unnecessary 45 minutes after
the work was finished. He was apologetic and nice
but that didn’t give back my lost time. This seems
more an issue of inadequate training than his error
but promptly contacting customers is something all
service people should view as a priority. Failing to
do so undermines the dealership.
Tyler was veryy conscientious.

I never got a call that my car was done. I called several times with the promise of a call back and never got one. I ran up there at closing time and a younger gentleman helped me out and got me my car and payment. He was nice but the no call ruined my expirence. I would have been without my car till Monday if I didnt run up there myself.
Shawn Bonebrake gave me EXCELLENT customer service! He took the best care of me and kept me in the loop throughout the whole experience! I never go to anyone other than Shawn because I know I will be taken care of. Thank you Shawn!!
Great service and good experience
I felt like it was rushed when it was time to pay, after looking over my bill I don’t see the breakdown for my 15.00 misc fee either. I’m upset having paid for something I was not explained what for and since I was given a supposed free car wash coupon I think this fee was me paying for it actually. I have looked back at previous bills and don’t have this fee so therefore I would like it taken off my bill. I was told my car was in spot 30 when I got there it was a white Lexus not mine. I Walked around a bit and found my car on the other end of the parking lot. Also I waited a couple hours before I picked up my car thinking it would be safe but my car wasn’t even locked.
Jerry was pleasant to work with.
Chuck is excellent. He is one of the main reasons that I continue to use **** Hanna Honda to service my vehicle. Give that man a raise!
We are still trying to resolve the high Romo's when going down hill. Once we get it resolved my answer may be different. I will be sending a video tomorrow so we can resolve the issue.
If you read my email I authorized the front two of my arms to be fixed on the Honda and they fixed all four and charged me for them. So basically I was charged for the bottom two I did not authorize. What are you going to do to fix this situation?
