I was told the seat cover I ordered for my new CR-V had arrived on Wednesday. I made an appointment to get it installed for Saturday at 10:30am. After waiting 40 minutes in the waiting room, I was told the seat cover had a rip so I have to wait for a new one. Curious why a new $400 seat cover has a rip in it? And curious why it took them 40 minutes to find the issue?
For my first experience at the **** Hannah Service Center, I am not impressed. I understand things happen, but I hope this isn’t the quality of service I’ll be experiencing at future visits.
I don’t want to be contacted, I don’t want to be bothered. I just want my expensive seat cover to be installed without issue and for future services to go smoothly.
