Fast service no appointment needed when it comes to changes oil
The service was not performed correctly. They did not reset the maintenance minder. They did not check air in spare. They did not check air in tires. (Tires are now showing low). They did not return phone calls.
Cierra has helped me with our car several times; she's always been courteous and professional, and I trust her to give me honest assessments on what service is required vs recommended. On a side-note, I was double billed for a new battery; the service dept. quickly refunded the errant billing amount.
Chuck always takes good care of my vehicle. He is polite and explains things easily so I understand and am comfortable with what my car needs and/or doesn't need at the moment. He always gets a 10 out of ten rating.

Everything was good and timing was perfect!
i still need a receipt from my oil change. Your computer system crashed, and Hannah, the person that help me, said she would email it to me when the system came back up later that day. I never received it. Also, the tech did not put an oil change sticker in my window. I had to go back in the service bay and request one. Other than those two things, it was great.
