The service was not performed correctly. They did not reset the maintenance minder. They did not check air in spare. They did not check air in tires. (Tires are now showing low). They did not return phone calls.

Cierra has helped me with our car several times; she's always been courteous and professional, and I trust her to give me honest assessments on what service is required vs recommended. On a side-note, I was double billed for a new battery; the service dept. quickly refunded the errant billing amount.

Michelle was top notch! She listened, and remembered what I said. (I did forget to Tell her about my cigarette lighter not working...rats! ) She suggested a place to eat within walking distance and made sure I was taken Care of! I would recommend Michelle to other customers!

i still need a receipt from my oil change. Your computer system crashed, and Hannah, the person that help me, said she would email it to me when the system came back up later that day. I never received it. Also, the tech did not put an oil change sticker in my window. I had to go back in the service bay and request one. Other than those two things, it was great. Dean G
