Rashelle was very courteous and explained all of my options in terms of service to our car. I did not feel pressured at all which was appreciated. I will return for future car maintenance.

When I picked up the car after the oil change there was a splatter of bird dung on my car. I asked for the dealership to deal with it through her but she said it wasn't there fault. It wasn't until I asked the manager that it was rectified.
Rachelle Malauulu, was knowledgeable and made my experience at **** Hannah a good one. Rachelle and Allie kept me informed each step of the service process and my car was ready when promised. Rachelle covered all the work performed on my car and set a follow up appointment.

Great experience! I do wish my bumper to bumper warranty covered more stuff between the bumpers but all the staff I have ever encountered have been wonderful.
What I don't appreciate is waiting 2 hours, asking about the progress and being told that they are now starting work on the car. Why make an appointment?

I expected more questions to clarify my response. The service performed was what I expected. However, I was disappointed by the length of time it took to check my car in (almost 30 minutes) and how long it took to get a call back with a status update. This was not consistent with expectations set up during scheduling. Otherwise I appreciated the work done to my car, the recommendations, and the overall cost for today.
Mr. Bonebrake went the extra mile in helping me figure out how to complete repairs needed on my HRV. He was personable and knowledgeable and a pleasure to work with.
Allie was great to work with today.
