Great service, thanks. I only wish your techs could disable the idle stop feature. I think it's only good for wearing the engine, starter, and battery. It is also s safety hazard and one of the most irritating things ever inventef! Thanks

Austin was great. There were issues that were completley out of his control and he helped me through them. He did a great job. The very next day I took my Element, 2006, in for an airbag recall on the passenger side and he knew I was waiting there and expedited the service as best he could. i have been having my car serviced by **** Hannah Honda for the past 11 years. i keep returning because of the quality of service (except for one negative experience). i was particularly impressed by Austin. he was professional, courteous and informative. he didn’t try to oversell me on repairs that were recommended but not urgent; he explained why the repairs should be made and when. and he followed up twice to ensure i knew when my car was ready for pick up. all in all, i felt like i was in very capable hands. additionally, other staff members seem genuinely service oriented.

Che was great to work with. Everything was quick & easy. I also like the change to use Lyft. That was really easy & convenient. The detail team did an awesome job too. My 3 yr old car looked brand new!
