Next time (if there is a next time) and the phone rep asks if I have a specific service rep I would like, I will say "Give me any rep available on EXCEPT JERRY"

My only complaint is that I had an appointment at 11 and didn’t hear back until about 1:30 that there was additional work that needed done. I would have authorized the filter changes, but I had an appointment at Les Schwab for new tires and needed my car to pick my kids up from my moms to bring them home before heading in for my appointment. Otherwise, Jerry did a great job! He even took the time to explain to me one of the problems without making me feel like a total idiot. Thank you!

I brought my car in for wheel service (light scratches) it was worse after the service was completed. There is a deep gouge and large scratches now. When I showed up to pick my car up, they just turned on my alarm to find my car. Pointed to my car out in the farthest spot from the door and handed me my keys and paperwork and sent me on my way. They didn’t even show me the work that was done so when I got home I checked them out. I was immediately dissatisfied and sent pictures to my salesman (mike melnick) and he said he would be in touch very soon. Mike has been great.

Parts were recommended that are not needed.
The problem that needed fixing was estimated at $1150 plus tax, I am getting it fixed tomorrow elsewhere for $200.
The battery is not bad, I can replace it for 40% less when I replace it in the future.
The wiper blades are not bad, I can replace them for 40% less when they are.
The fluid replacements recommended will cost less than half what I was quoted.
The adviser was nice.
The tech did not disassemble the car at all.
I am totally dissatisfied and will never return.
I will tell others about this experience.
