When you schedule an appointment and they ask what needs to be done it should be written in your appointment and your staff should call all numbers given not just one. I work till 430 and don't have cell phone service where I work and they didn't call my work number

Kaddy car wash is useless for me as I need someone to take my vehicle through automatic car wash, and Kaddy does not provide that service. Ally kindly agreed to arrange Car wash at Honda next time. 10 fo Ally

Not happy you went to kaady car washes. I dont live in wa or the west side bir do I get to Portland often unless it's a dinner. Enjoyed having clean car when I left service. Disappointed!

The service was awesome. They were fast and communicated everything they wanted to do. The o my reason I’m not completely satisfied is that the problem I needed fixed could not be fixed. I’m disappointed that my brand new car has such a bad glitch. But that has nothing to do with the service. Only the software Honda has created.

Shawn Bonebrake has been the same service person I have seen at **** Hannah. Hes always treated me with respect. He explains what services my Honda needs without me wishing I were man and could understand it. Always able to answer my questions. I will continue to have my car service through him at **** Hannah.
