We were able to quickly access the Express Service to have a new tire put on our Honda Fit. Allie was knowledgeable about replacing vs fixing our old tire and quickly gave us a quote for a new tire. Great job all around!

Brake service was advertised on the website at $180 each front and back, but we were charged around $250 for each. **** Hannah representatives should be able to honor advertised prices otherwise how can we trust **** Hannah Service.

I think it's sort of ridiculous to spend $170 so that somebody can tell me I left my light on, which I almost know that is not the problem. Jerry was super nice and explained everything, but I'm so disappointed that I had to spend this much money today.

Service associate was good. However, your system and prices are not customer friendly. Over an hour and a half for an oil change is not convenient and $75 is very high for basic service. Also, you require we find our VIN number and Supply it in order to make a service appointment but you don't check the number to see if the client has any services covered under a service contract. I have a new car and was told by the dealer the free oil change would come up automatically with the VIN number. However if I hadn't brought paperwork and shown it to the service person I would have been charged.
