Was told I had a 10:00 AM appoiment on Fri 1/7 for recall service was advised that it might be Sat before it was completed. Advised them this was our only vehicle ,was not offered a loaner bot said they would take me home and pick up when work was completed ,which I agreed to. Mom Sat I called the service department (12:30 PM ) to check status of my car, was told at that time there was 4 cars in front of me and it might be Mon or Tues before repairs would be completed. I informed them to come and get me so I could pick my car up then . Quick Lane manager and I couldn't find the car . John (who was very courteous and helpful) finally found the car buried the very back of the lot. Car was and is covered with dust. I'm 78 years old and this has been the worst experience I've ever had with auto dealership. I haven't yet written Ford Motor but I'm seriously considering it

Thank you for taking good care of my car. Travis took my car in right on time. He was courteous and very professional in explaining to me what my car needed. Everything was taken care of in a timely manner and my car was ready to go.

My car wouldn’t start this morning. Fortunately, my husband was still home to jump my battery then it started fine. So, naturally I thought it was the battery again. I had my battery replaced by this store back in October and was Tim’s that they would check the battery for free and replace it if there was anything wrong with the new battery. I was asked to sign a paper saying I would pay a $107 diagnostic fee. I have 2 kids I drive around, obviously I needed it to be taken care of. Although my charges were lowered, I think it is ridiculous that you charge loyal Ford customers $107 for a simple diagnostic test. There are several other businesses that would run it for free. However, I chose to return to a business that had recently been in hopes that I would be well taken care of. That was not the case. Not only was a charged for a diagnostic test, but the mechanics could not find what is wrong with my vehicle. So, I was sent away and basically told to “hope for the best”. And I believe that THE only reason my diagnostic fee was dropped from $107 to $44 was because I had raised quite a stink about the ridiculous price for them to hook a computer up to my car where there was no actual labor or replacement of parts involved.

This will be the last time I bring my cars in for service at Gary Crossley. Made an appointment on December 28, 2017 for January 5, 2018. My car needed two repairs, one of which had been diagnosed previously, and was relayed to the service person who took my call. Dropped my car off the morning of January 5th and was told that they had to order in the part, since they did not have it in stock, but they would have it on Saturday, and I would be able to get my car back by COB on Monday. I called Saturday afternoon (2pm) to check on status, since Crossley Ford did not call and was told camera had been received (not installed), had not check out the other issue with the vehicle, but that it they would have more information for me on Monday. I called on Monday afternoon, again, since Crossley Ford did not call and was told that the camera came in Saturday afternoon, already knew that, and that they had not gotten a chance to look at the other issue, but that they were going to get the car into the service center on Tuesday morning and should have more information Tuesday afternoon. I made an appointment to have this vehicle looked at, they had it three days and didn't have the time to diagnosis and/or repair the vehicle? What's the point of making an appointment? I told them no thanks, picked up my car, and will forever be taking my business elsewhere. No need to contact me in regards to this review.

Great job. First time at crossley and i was very impressed. Repair was recall work and was completed ahead of schedule. Dropping off and picking up was a breeze. Tyler was great from the moment i walked in. All employees seemed very service orientated. Considering taking the vehicle here for the oil changes and such. Keep up the good work!
