Tires needed balancing on top of standard service; taken care of promptly and I was finished within a very reasonable amount of time! Good job, team!
Job well done. I brought it in to be worked on the next day. They fixed it the day I brought it in and I was able to pick it up the same day!

I purchased a used vehicle from your dealership on 12/27/17. I came back to pick up my title paperwork on 1/22/18 and received a free IDOD inspection where Travis was super. He was polite and gave me a very accurate estimate regarding how long I’d be waiting. My only question is how come today (1/23/18) I am now getting a “service required in 30 days” message on the dashboard every time I start the car? I’m not saying yesterday’s service appointment caused this message but should I really be getting that message already before owning for 30 days? Wouldn’t that have been checked and reset before it was sold to me?

Solomon was very helpful but not overly pushy on things that I need to have done to my vehicle but we’re not immediately necessary.

The service in the service department was fine.
I also had an appt for 30k checkup with oil change. Once the service department was finished they took it to Quick Lane. I was then told I would have to wait 2.5 hours!!!! I had an appt!!!! There should be a special bay held back for those with appointments. I had to leave without getting everything done that I needed done. NOT ACCEPTABLE

I had an 8:00 am appointment this past Saturday morning for service on my Explorer. I check back throughout the course of the day. Unfortunately, 3:30 rolled around and the service department was unable to get to it. I need my vehicle during the week for work so I had to pick it up. Disappointed that my vehicle wasn't looked at it a timely manner, let alone fixed. Mark S
They got my car complete while short staffed and receiving unscheduled drop offs.

Your employees are always professional.....but get the other wash rack fixed. Left with a dirty truck for the first time....but understand the problem.
Was pleased with Tyler's efforts to find the phantom noise in my Explorer. Didn't find it but I will monitor the noise and take the car back if it becomes worse.
