My experience has been that everybody I don’t work in the service area was very helpful you can talk with you so you can tell them some kind of annoys her some kind of a flicker and they get it they understand you don’t have to use all the correct technical terms. And for a female I think that is very helpful

They changed my battery and did not put the battery bracket back on. The appointment was made for the works oil change. When they ask if I wanted my tires rotated I thought it was an additional charge of 50 dollars. Just poor communication in general.
